| Abstract: | Traditional sense of law has a positive and negative effect on the realization of the mordern government by law. In the process of the con struction of the mordern government by law, We should adopt scientific methods to elmate negative factors in the traditional sense of law,; For the positive factors in the traditional sense of law, We should guide and remould correctively and use efficiently by using effective measure, so that it can serve the mordern government by law and propel the process of nation's mordern government by law. |
