| 摘 要： | 传统物权客体理论具有局限性。面对环境危机，其特定性和排他性理论应予相应修正，物权客体的范畴应进行相应扩展。环境资源作为物权客体，面临对物的生态价值的追求和对物的概念的理解两个困境；但由于环境具有成为物权客体所必须具备的有用性、特定性和可支配性特点，及具备代为物权客体所必需的可度量性，环境资源作为物权客体具有可行性。
