| 摘 要： | “舍巴”类舞蹈作为人类的健身运动项目历史悠久，在土家族原始宗教的祭祀仪式中，“舍巴”以其特有的身体运动，将土家族的宗教、历史、生产、生活等文化信息予以了充分的展示；还以其特有的肢体语言为载体，把土家族的社会文化价值，如体育、经济、社会等价值表现得淋漓尽致。

| Abstract: | Dances like ＂Sheba＂ boast a long history as forms of fitness exercise. In the primitive religious Tujia sacrifice rituals, ＂Sheba＂ displays the cultural information concerning religion, history, production and living of Tujia nationality to be the full with its unique body movement, as well as the Tujia social and cultural values on sports, economy, and society. |
