| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度是化解农民因病返贫、因病致贫的一项重要举措。从全面实现小康社会需要、保障农民的两权需要和改变农村医疗现状需要的角度分析了加快建立我国新型农村合作医疗制度的必要性,从政治保证、客观需求和现实供给三个方面对加快建立农村新型合作医疗制度的可行性做了较为详细的分析。

| Abstract: | The establishment of a new rural cooperative medical system is an important measure to overcome the peasants' poverty caused by illness.It is necessary to establish such a system so as to realize a wealthy society,guarantee the peasants' rights,and change the present medical situation in rural areas.A relatively detailed analysis on the probabilities is given from the perspectives of political insurance,subjective demand,and realistic provision to establish the system. |
