| 摘 要： | 电子图书是现代信息技术、多媒体技术和网络技术发展的产物,是一种运用电子方式将信息知识存贮在磁盘、光盘等介质上,通过计算机等设备进行阅读的新型数字化信息资源.电子图书有着特有优势和便捷的使用方法,给人类信息资源的传播交流和利用,给人们的工作、生活和学习带来了全新的变化.电子图书尤其对我国高校的文献信息资源的建设和发展、信息资源保障体系的建立、数字图书馆的发展产生了巨大的促进作用. |

| Abstract: | E-book is the outcome of modern information, multi media and network technology. It is a kind of digital information resource that could store the information on the disk, CD and so on by the electronic technique and could be read by computer. E book has its special superority and convenient using technique. It brings bran new transformation to the prevalence, communication and utilization of information as well as people's work and lives. Additionally E book can effectively speed the development of document resource, establishment of information ensuring system and the growth of digital library in our colleges and universities. |
