| 摘 要： | 文章通过对大学新生的抑郁心理调查,针对他们存在的主要心理问题及原因进行分析,提出开设专门课程、引导新生增强应对挫折的能力、发挥心理咨询中心的作用、增强新生的心理自我调适能力等具有可操作性的对策,以有效提高大学新生的心理健康状况。
