Input Intensification and Teaching of Reading

Reading is an important subject of English specialty. Large amount of reading is an access to developing language ability. In order to make students acquire a lot of comprehensible and effective reading, the degree of difficulty and ease, the amount of reading and the method of reading teaching should be well-balanced in teaching. Still, in order to gain expected effect, interest and its relative elements should be put into the above three aspects of teaching. This article tries to discuss the guidance and inspiration of input intensification to the practice and method of reading teaching.
