| 摘 要： | 以博弈论为基本研究方法，从实际的角度考察了一个制造商、一个第三方物流商和一个销售商组成的闭环供应链差别定价模型，得出集成“超组织”结构的效率和效益均优于独立决策结构。提出利用第三方物流商的返程来降低运输废旧品的逆向物流成本，用消费者剩余CS和社会总收益SE来衡量整个闭环供应链的效率并提出可行的闭环供应链运作机制，达到各方互利共赢的策略。
