丘浚──市场经济的早期憧憬者

自然经济维护者和封建专制政权是排斥、压制商品经济的。明代思想家丘浚,对此则极力反对,并提出了具有时代前沿性的商品经济的主张：1．扩大商品流通,反对贸易禁制;2．反对官府垄断商品、市场,废罢各“榷”、“场”、“务”,提倡“民自为市”;3．改革货币制度,确定“三币”的地位和关系。

Qiu Jun:An Initiator Proposing the the Market Economy

In this Paper it presentS that the advocates of natural economy and feudalautocratic regime tried to repel and suppressed the commpdoty economy, but Qiu Jun who was athinker in the Ming Dynasty rejected it and put forward the proposal of epoch- making commodity economy which included: 1. Enlarge the commodity circulation and oppose the tradeprohibition; 2. Be against the local authorities to monoplize the commodity and market andabolish every "Que" (exclusive possession of trade in some cormmodity), "Chang" and "Wu',(the commercial administrations ) and advocate the local free market; 3. Reform the monetarysystem and defined the position and relationship among three kinds of money(i. e. silver, Paper money and copper cash).
