新买办的辩证分析与管理对策

摘    要:买办的产生在中国已有百余年的历史,他们随着时代的发展历经多次变迁。作为开放社会的产物,买办的存在具有一定的现实性与合理性。改革开放后,中国产生了一批新的“买办”,由于时代背景不同,其身份地位及其所产生的社会效应皆有新的变化。但是,由于买办的社会效应具有双重性,因此对这一利益集团要施行辩证管理,使其充分发挥积极的社会正效应。

Abstract:Comprador in China has lasted more than 100 years,and undergone several changes along with the development of times.As the product of an open society,the existence of comprador has some reality and rationality.After the reform and opening up,China produced a batch of "new-comprador".Due to different historical background,its status and the social effects have had new changes.Government should implement the interests of this group dialectic management,and give full play to its positive social effects.
