| Abstract: | Laterly some scholars have contributed to perfect the Congress System of the C.C.P..The system of annual conference and the system of the standing delegates of the National Congress of the C.C.P will take theoretical and practical meaning on forcing the democratic centralism,and on the core matter of "how to build the C.C.P".On the aspect of organization's construction,the C.C.P.must consummate this political design and institutional innovation stage by stage. |
