国际化视野下养老保障制度比较研究

养老保障制度是社会保障制度最基本的内容之一，它的发展和完善对保障老年人基本生活，维护社会稳定发挥着巨大作用。国外养老保障制度具有责任主体多元化、运作模式市场化、政策法规完备化等特点，充分保证了养老保障的公平性。我国可以适度借鉴国外的成功经验，从养老保障的多层次性、服务体系的多样化、发展及养老模式的积极创新方面不断完善养老保障制度。

A Comparative Study of Old-Age Security System through Perspective of Internationalization

Old - age security is one of the most basic parts in social security system, and its development and improvement play significant roles in assuring the senior＇s basic living and maintaining social stability. Foreign old -age security systems have such characteristics as liability subjects multiple, operation mode market -oriented, and policies and regulations mature etc., which fully ensures the system＇s fairness. China is to borrow the successful experience from abroad moderately, and to improve our own system by expanding benefit provisions, diversifying service system and innovating models and patterns.
