| Abstract: | Nowadays the international society is being globalised ,and the concept of sustainable development reflects the demand ,tendency and theme of the globalisation and the main characteristic of modern international law as well.It has material theoretical and practical role for establishing a new international political and economic order,ensuring the peaceful existence and sustainable development of human beings,to make sure that the principle of sustainable development is one fundamental principle of international law. |
