| 摘 要： | 建设项目经济评价是对建设项目诸多经济因素进行调查、预测、计算和论证,比选推荐最佳方案的过程,它是建设项目立项的重要依据.分析了建设项目经济评价中普遍存在的问题和原因,并提出了改进的七项措施,给出了建设项目经济评价微机支持系统的主要指标体系和所需信息资料,指出了系统设计的思路. |

| Abstract: | The economic appraisal of construction project is to investigate,forcaste,and counte many economic factors, so as to select the best scheme for the construction project. It's the important warranty of construction project.The general existing problem in the economic appraisal of construction project is analyzed and seven improving measures are advanced.The main index system and information of the computer supporting system in the economic appraisal of construction project are showed and the thinking of the system's design is pointed out. |
