FDTD法与平面波展开法在光子禁带计算中的差异分析

摘    要:以GaAs材料为例,分别利用时域有限差分法和平面波展开法对平面二维光子晶体的TE模禁带进行了计算,通过计算结果的对比,发现了两者计算出的光子禁带存在差别,分析了产生这种差别的原因,同时发现两种算法结果存在禁带公共区域,证明将平面波展开法和时域有限差分法相结合进行光子晶体设计更具合理性.

Abstract:Analysising the different phenomena of the TE mode bandgap in 2-D photonic crystal with FDTD method and PWE method. Founding the range of the bandgap calculated by different method is different. The reason which cause the difference was discussed. Especially founding the existence of the common region between the bandgaps gained by different calculated method, which proved that by combination the FDTD and PWE method, the reasonable result can be got.
