| 摘 要： | 高等学校人事工作的管理模式,是在计划经济条件下形成的。实行的是固定用人制度、职务终身制度 和人才单位所有制度。随着我国高等学校人事制度改革的深入,这种管理模式已经不适应今天的需 要了。因此,一种新型的人事工作管理模式——合的管理,在实践中诞生了。本文讨论了高等学校人 事工作实行合约管理的必要性和可行性,对高等学校人事工作实行合约管理的范围;高等学校人事工 作实行合约管理中应注意的问题等方面的问题,为高等学校的人事管理提供了新的思路。
