In the 1950's and 1960's,because of the abnormal political consciousness infiltrating into every realm after the Rectification Movement and Anti-right Campaign,the propelling of the Great Leap Forward Movement in 1958,and the effect of the traditional politics and culture as well as the emergence of utilitarianism,a kind of politicized view of science formed in society,Under the influences of such science views,a huge mass technology innovation movement came into being,which did great harm to the development of scientific technology and culture.The historical lessons are worth consideration.
