| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,我国在经济制度的转型和经济总量增长的同时,城市贫困问题日益凸显出来,解决城市贫困问题成为我们全面建设小康社会过程中面临的一项长期而艰巨的任务。本文从城市贫困的界定出发,进而探讨了城市扶贫政策的缺陷及走向。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s,at the same time when our country's economic system changes its mode and the amount of economy increases,the problems of city's poverty is becoming outstanding day by day.It is a long-term and hard task for us to solve them in the process of constructing a well-to-do society in all fields.This article probes the imperfection and developing trend of the city's help-the-poor policy,proceeding from the definition of city's poverty. |
