| Abstract: | Since 1990s,at the same time when our country's economic system changes its mode and the amount of economy increases,the problems of city's poverty is becoming outstanding day by day.It is a long-term and hard task for us to solve them in the process of constructing a well-to-do society in all fields.This article probes the imperfection and developing trend of the city's help-the-poor policy,proceeding from the definition of city's poverty. |
