| 摘 要： | 高校实行后勤社会化,给高校的学生管理工作带来了远大的影响,我们应该通过制度建设来摆脱高校学生管理工作的这种无序状态。通过三个方面说明了制度建设在高校学生管理工作中的重要性,首先是强调制度在学生管理工作中的重要地位,其次是制度建设应遵循的三个原则,再次是制度建设需要强化的三个的功能。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly focuses on the ways to satisfy the requirements for students management in colleges and universities after carrying out social logistics.The best method is system construction in order to avoid being disorder state.The central concern of this paper is the importance of system construction in college students management,which is exemplified in three aspects respectively: emphasis and importance of system construction;the three principles to be obeyed;and three functions to be strengthened. |
