20世纪30年代的中德技术贸易

近代中国的国家支柱企业,有相当部份是在中德技术贸易的基础上发展起来的。大量的技术贸易使中国重工业的发展对德国的工业技术有着较大的依赖性,中德技术贸易的主要形式是德国向中国出口大型的成套设备,同时为中国培训技术人员,这一时期与德国进行的技术贸易和签订的技术合同,是我国最早真正意义上的技术引进项目之一,尽管由于战争原因,这些项目最后与其建设的初衷存在不同程度的距离,但为中国吸引外国先进技术开辟新途径作了初步的探索。

The Sino-German Technological Trade in 1930s

A considerable part of the national pillar enterprises in modern China were developed on the basis of the Sino-German technological trade. Due to the large quantity of this type of trade, the development of China's heavy industry then relied significantly on the industrial technologies of Germany. The chief forms of the then Sino-German technological trade in 1930s were Germany's export of large-sized whole sets of equipment into China, training of technical personnel for China, etc. The Sino-German technological trade and the technological-type contracts signed in this period were among China's earliest technology-importing projects in their true sense. Though because of wars, there were gaps of different degrees between the projects and their original intention, initial explorations were made into new ways in which China imported advanced foreign technologies.
