1996～2007年辽宁省14个市农业生产效率分析与比较

采用Malmquist指数法对辽宁省“九五”以来1996～2007年14个市的农业生产效率进行分析,结果表明,辽宁农业全要素生产率波动特征与辽宁农业的发展阶段特征大致吻合;辽宁农业全要素生产率处于不断增长态势,农业技术效率趋于稳定,而技术进步是促进辽宁农业全要素生产率增长的主要因素,应加大对农业科技的投入;忽视可持续发展是“九五”时期和“十五”初期辽宁农业全要素生产率下降的根本原因,因此应加强农业生产技术的应用,增强辽宁农业发展的可持续性。

An Analysis of Agricultural Production Efficiency of Liaoning Province with 14 Cities as Objects

The agricultural production, from 1996 to 2007, of 14 cities of Liaoning Province is analysed.As the result shows, the fluctuations in agricultural total-factor production of Liaoning Province and Liaoning Provincial agricultural development stages more or less coincide in characteristic; Liaoning Provincial Agricultural total-factor productivity takes on a trend of growth and the agricultural technical efficiency has become stable; the technological progress is the main factor to promote the agricultural total-factor productivity growth of Liaoning Province. Liaoning Province is thought to be to increase capital input in agricultural science and technology; ignorance of sustainable development is thought of as one of the fundamental reasons why Liaoning Provincial agricultural total-factor productivity declined in the ＂Ninth Five-Year Plan＂ period and the early ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ period. Liaoning Province is suggested to strengthen the application of agricultural technology and make its agricultural development further sustainable.
