| 摘 要： | 在研究大学生“软实力”和就业竞争力内涵及关系的基础上，深入分析了高职院校大学生在就业竞争中的“软实力”状况、存在的问题和主要原因，从人才培养目标、课程体系建设和实践活动拓展等方面指出了提升高职院校大学生“软实力”和就业竞争力的对策措施。
