| Abstract: | In this paper,the author puts forward four main motivations why Chinese enterprises positively engage in their overseas M&A according to some common theories about M&A and particularities of Chinese companies.Then,using the method of SWOT analysis,the author points out the problems in overseas M&A of Chinese enterprises,and some strategies that enable M&A successfully. |
