制度伦理与和谐社会道德建设

唯物史观认为,道德属于精神范畴,而精神问题的解决却不能单纯诉诸精神的努力,脱离产生道德、塑造道德和制约道德发展的社会环境包括制度环境,善只能成为思辩理性的抽象物,不能成为实践理性的现实解。和谐社会道德建设固然离不开道德教育,但更重要的是制度建设。

Ethics of Institutions and Moral Building in the Building of a Harmonious Society

It is self-evident that moral,as a kind of "soft power",plays an important role in the building of a harmonious society in contemporary China.According to dialectical materialism,the issue of moral belongs to those of mental category,therefore the solutions to moral problems cannot be found only through mental efforts.Without being considered under the context of social conditions(including institutional conditions) on which the morals rest,moral or goodness is nothing but an abstract concept.And it is also impossible for moral to become a kind of realistic means to realize social rationality.Naturally the building of harmonious society requires moral education,but more important is the institutional building itself,which includes the arrangement,device,and integration of institutions,ethical evaluation of institutions,and the institution of institutions.
