农民政治参与的现实困境与发展路径——基于社会稳定视角的分析

扩大农民有序政治参与与维护农村社会和谐稳定是转型时期国家由传统社会向现代社会过渡中的一个重要追求目标。文章从维护社会稳定的视角,分析了当下农民有效政治参与不足及非制度化政治参与呈扩大趋势的现状及对社会稳定的影响,并探索了扩大农民有序政治参与的基本路径。

Farmers' Participation in Government:A Current Dilemma and the Way Out from the Perspective of Social Stability

To enable more farmers to participate lawfully in the government for the sake of social harmony and stability in the rural community is an important goal to be achieved by the Chinese government during the country＇ s transition from the traditional to the modern society. This paper, from the perspective of social sta- bility, probes into farmers＇ less participation in the government at present, particularly the increase in unlaw- ful participations and its impact on social stability, and explores several basic approaches to farmers＇ better participation in the government institutionally.
