| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO,使反腐廉政建设既受到四个正面效应的影响,又面临三个负面影响的冲击。在这种新形势、新情况下,应当不断探索反腐机制的创新。当前应努力构筑反腐廉政工作七个方面的新机制,即思想教育的新机制、法纪约束的新机制、权力约束的新机制、测评预警的新机制、查案惩处的新机制、廉政激励的新机制和反腐倡廉责任制的新机制。

WTO and Blazing New Trails in the Mechanism of Combating Corruption |

| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO produces a great impact on the mechanism of combating corruption positively as well as negatively. Facing this situation, it is necessary to blazing new trails in the mechanism of combating corruption and construct the new mechanism from seven aspects: ideological education, constraint of law and discipline, supervision of power, evaluation and warning, investigation of cases, measures to build a clean government and combat corruption. |
