| 摘 要： | 本文系统地介绍了红外探测器的发展状况。其中包括了热探测器、非本征探测器、铅盐探测器、锑化铟探测器、碲镉汞探测器材料及其单元器件的发展,当前达到的水平和今后发展的趋势。最后,对我国红久探测器的发展提出了几点粗浅的看法。
