加强大学生素质教育 培养创新人才

大学生的素质一般分为思想道德素质、文化素质、业务素质、身心素质,等等.全教会提出要全面推进素质教育,本文从两个侧面对"素质"二字进行了解释,并从社会发展的需要出发,结合中国传统的优秀文化和西方的优秀文化,剖析了素质教育应包括的主要内容.依据当前高校教育思想和教育工作的现实,阐述了开展素质教育的必要性和紧迫性,提出高校培养创新型人才应必需采取的措施.

Strengthen the Quality Education of College Students and Cultivate Innovative Talents

College students' qualities can be usually divided into moral quality, cutl tural quality professional quality, physical and mental quality etc, The teaching meeting of the whole country pointed out that we should improve quality education comprehensively .In this article ,the author explained the meaning of "quality"from two aspects , and from the need of social development , with the combination of chinese traditioncel culture and western culture . The author analyses the main contents of quality education. According to the fact of educational thinking and work in colleges nowdays, the author also illustrated the necessarity and urgency of quality education, and pointed out several necessary measures on how to cultivate innovative talents.
