| 摘 要： | 制度文明是存在于物质文明与精神文明之间的第三种文明形态.它包括社会基本制度的文明,也包含一定社会形态下具体政治、经济、文化、法律体制的文明.其实质是法治文明,因而具有民主、制度权威、平等与公正、宽容与大度的内在规定性.处于社会转型时期的当代中国,制度文明建设的核心是,通过制度创新,实现由人治文明向法治文明、由政治灌输文明向政治制度文明的转变.

| Abstract: | The system civilization is the third form of civilization between material civilization and spiritual civilization.It consists of the civilization of social basic system as well as that of specific systems of politics,economy,culture and legal structure under given social formation.Its nature is the civilization of legal system,so it has inherent characteristic of democracy,system authority,equality and justice,tolerance and magnanimity.In modern China,during the social transformation,the kernel of the construction of system civilization is ,through the innovation of system, to transform from the rule of man to the rule of law,and from political imbuing civilization to political system civilization. |
