高校应高度重视和大力开展心理素质教育

大学生综合素质中的心理素质处于基础性的重要定位,德、智、体、美、劳“五育”离不开“心育”。心理素质教育不仅是大学生素质教育的重要内容,而且是提高国民人口质量的重要途径,更是市场体制、知识经济时代的迫切需求。应该学习心理健康理论、普及心理知识、锻炼调适能力,建立心理档案、加强预警防范、开展个性教育,开展心理咨询、强化个别辅导、积极化解心理压力与心理危机,利用媒体、扩展辐散面、加强心理指导服务,学科教育与活动教育密切协调,全面贯穿心理教育;多渠道、全方位、高效地开展大学生心理素质教育。

Attaching Great Importance and Devoting Major Efforts to Conducting Psychological Quality Education in HEIs

Psychological quality education constitues the important content of college students' quality education, the main way of improving national population quality, and the urgent need of the market system and the knowledge economy era. Therefore, we should attach great importance and devote major efforts to conducting psychological quality education among college students in light of their characteristics and development laws of psychology. The specific measures are: to study the psychological health theory, to popularize psychological knowledge, to establish psychological files, to conduct psychological counseling, to strengthen psychological guidance and service, etc.
