| 摘 要： | 国际竞争背景下世界各国学术职业的竞争客观存在,分析其影响要素及其相互关系有利于理解国际竞争力的形成机理并有助于提升中国高校学术职业的国际竞争力。高校学术职业的国际竞争力包括资源竞争力、学术产出竞争力、职业吸引力、国际影响力、以学术制度与文化为主的环境竞争力等几个要素,这些要素存在着密切的相互关系,构成了学术职业国际竞争力的激励模型,共同影响学术职业的国际竞争力。
