| 摘 要： | 旅游本科生直接就业是对旅游高等教育效果的检验。目前,我国旅游本科毕业生直接就业存在着学校、学生和企业三方面的问题,毕业生不愿意从事旅游企业实践工作,旅游企业也不能有效接纳旅游毕业生就业。分析旅游毕业生直接就业存在的问题,发现旅游教育机构与企业对人才认识不统一是其根本原因,提出旅游毕业生直接就业的解决策略。

| Abstract: | Tourism undergraduates obtaining employment directly after graduation is an inspection of the effect on tourism higher educaion.There are some problems concerning universities,students and companies in this field.While,the fact is tourism undergraduates are unwilling to work in tourism companies,and tourism companies can not accept tourism undergraduates efficiently.The paper makes a preliminary research and analysis on problems of tourism undergraduates obtaining employment directly after graduation and finds that the fundamental reason is that the concept about tourism talents between tourism company and university is inconsistent.Finally it puts forwards the related countermeasures. |
