But the important influential factors of their formation are different in various historical periods. The formation of ancient CCAS relied on their important strategic and political positions. Now, commerce is the important factor in their formation process.; the commercial factor plays a great part in their formation. The development of modernized CCAS still more depends on the direct investment and international trade under the background of economic globalization.
