| 摘 要： | 地理标志保护是世界贸易组织《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》中的一项重要内容。由于地理标志具有品质保证、广告促销等功能 ,因此地理标志的合理使用和有效保护对经济发展、市场开拓具有积极意义。我国尽快建立与国际潮流相适应的保护制度已是迫在眉睫。
