基于文本挖掘的突发公共事件网络舆情治理研究

基于网络爬取的方法,对近几年的121条有关突发公共事件网络舆情治理的典型案例进行可视化分析,对词云图、语义网络分析、LDA主题模型的特征分析进行语义挖掘。挖掘出突发公共事件网络舆情治理中的突出问题,了解阻碍网络舆情防控与治理之因。文章提出了构建网络舆情预警机制、建立网络舆论治理机制、健全传播者和接受者引导与培育机制、完善网络舆情法制与追责机制、优化网络舆情的多元联动共治机制。以期对突发公共事件中网络舆情有效监管,整治网络谣言乱象,较大程度地预防和减少突发公共事件的发生。
