| 摘 要： | 经过近20 年的发展，精益建造已经具备了先进、完善的理论体系，并且有很好的应用前景。建筑企业已经慢慢意识到精益建造的重要作用，也开始更加注重精益建造的应用。精益建造给企业带来越来越多的利益。因此，很有必要在我国高等教育中开展精益建造基础理论及应用的教育。在总结密歇根大学的精益建造初级读本表和鲍灵格林大学的精益建造实验室授课课程经验的基础上，通过梳理精益建造的理论体系，提出了在我国高等教育中开展精益建造教育的内容框架并编写适合我国国情的精益建造教材。建筑企业将得益于具有精益建造基本理论的从业者。建筑学、建筑
