| 摘 要： | 我国食品安全形势异常严峻，解决食品安全问题迫在眉睫。本文针对食品安全问题，从食品供应链出发，通过分析食品安全问题存在的诸多原因，以核心企业为抓手，提出保障食品质量安全的对策建议，包括提高食品安全责任意识、建立合理的利益分配机制、在供产销各环节进行积极合作，实现保证食品安全的目标。

| Abstract: | China＇s food security situation is extremely severe ,thus it is imminent to solve the foocl safety oroblems.ls about food safety. Regarding the core enterprise as the key, it analyzes the reasons of food safety, puts forward the countermeasures to ensure food quality from the food supply chain. We can achieve the goal of ensuring food safety by improving food safety responsibility awareness, establishing the reasonable benefit distribution mechanism, and taking active cooperation in the production and sales. |
