中国特色社会主义法治体系构建的难点与对策

中国特色社会主义法治体系是一个由立法、行政、司法和守法等组成的一个系统而庞大的体系。目前，我国立法不完善，行政执法问题频现，司法不公正，公民法律意识欠缺等问题是中国特色社会主义法治体系构建的主要难题。不断完善中国特色社会主义法律体系，进一步推进依法行政，深化司法体制改革，增强全社会学法尊法守法用法意识是构建中国特色社会主义法治体系的基本出路。

Difficulties and Solutions of the Construction of Rule of Law System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

The rule of law system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a large system including scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, judicial impartiality and the law-abiding. However, there are some difficult problems such as the arduous task of legislation, frequent enforcement problems, short of judicial authority and lack of awareness of the law of citizens. The fundamental ways to solve those problems are constantly improving the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics; deepening the reform of the administrative system to further promote administration according to law; deepening the reform of the judicial system to completely solve the fundamental shortcomings in the judicial system; and deepening the legal publicity and education to enhance the law awareness of the whole sociology.
