青岛市高新技术企业知识管理能力的调查分析与综合评价

知识管理能力对高新技术企业创新能力和动态能力的提升有非常重要的作用。高新技术企业的知识管理能力由知识管理基础能力和知识管理过程能力构成。在此基础上,高新技术企业知识管理能力综合评价指标体系可分为8个二级指标,36个三级指标。通过运用抽样调查方法和模糊评价方法,对青岛高新技术企业知识管理能力的现状进行综合评价。高新技术企业知识管理能力不理想的主要原因是组织基础薄弱、知识整合与利用能力欠缺等。应采取加快提高管理者对知识管理的认识水平、加大资金投入、加强知识管理信息系统建设等措施提升高新技术企业的知识管理能力。

Investigation and comprehensive evaluation on the management capability of high-tech enterprise' s knowledge of Qingdao

The knowledge management capability,constituted by the basic ability and process ability,is essential to enhance the creative capability and dynamic capability of high-tech enterprises.The comprehensive evaluation index system of knowledge management capability can be divided into 8 indicators of second class and 36 indicators of third class.Through the methods of f sampling and fuzzy evaluation,this article evaluates the status quo of knowledge management in high-tech enterprises of Qingdao,and finds that the weak organization foundation and lack of knowledge utilization and integration is the main reason of the unideal knowledge management capability.Therefore,the article summarizes that the measures,such as improving managers’ level of awareness,increasing capital investment,and enhancing the construction of knowledge management information system,should be taken to improve knowledge management capability of high-tech enterprises.
