农业知识产权保护与新农村建设

农业知识产权是指在农业科研、生产等农业科学技术领域所涉及的知识产权的统称。文章通过当前新农村建设过程中知识产权工作存在的主要问题和农业知识产权保护的特殊性进行研究分析,指出了新农村建设中涉及农业知识产权保护的重点领域,明确提出了做好顶层设计,加快制定知识产权服务新农村建设工作的总体规划等七个方面的对策建议,对于做好当前和今后一段时间的新农村建设工作具有一定的现实指导意义。

Protection of Agricultural Intellectual Property Rights and New Countryside Construction

Agricultural intellectual property refers to the intellectual property rights involved in the fields of agricultural research, production, and agricultural science and technology collectively. Through the process of building intellectual property rights for new coumryside, the uniqueness of main issues of agricultural intellectual property rights protection and is studied and analyzed. The focus for the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights is pointed out. Seven suggestions are put forward for top-level design and speeding up the formulation of a overall plan for the new intellectual property services building in rural areas.
