知识经济时代我国高校知识产权的认知研究

高校知识产权是国家知识产权体系的重要组成部分。随着我国社会经济和科学技术的飞速发展,高校知识产权的认知和保护意识得到了较大提高,但也存在着诸如机构设置缺乏或不规范、产权保护意识不强、制度不完善等问题。产生这些问题的原因是多方面的,其中传统政治、经济、文化的影响是主要因素。高校可从完善相关制度与法规,提高教学、科研人员投身科技创造与发明的积极性,加强对知识产权保护的宣传力度三个方面来强化高校知识产权的认知与保护。

Research on the Property Right of the Intellectual Assets in Colleges and Universities in Knowledge Economy Age from the Cognitive Aspect

The property rights of the intellectual assets in colleges and universities is a very important part in the system of national intellectual assets copyrights.With the rapid development of social economy and Sci-Tech,the cognitive and protective consciousness of property right of intellectual in colleges and universities has been improved.However there are still some problems such as absenting of some organs,overlooking property right protect of intellectual assets and imperfect protecting system.The reasons causing for these problems are diverse,but the main reason is from traditional politic,economy and culture.The higher education should strengthen the property right protect and recognition of intellectual assets from following three aspects: to perfect correlative system and rule,inspire the researchers' enthusiasm in innovation and positively publicize the importance of property right protect of intellectual assets.
