| 摘 要： | 规则是人的理性和客观规律的产物,反过来影响和制约着人的主体性。对传统哲学的批判消解不了哲学演绎的规则,对传统社会规则的解构在于非线性的重构。文章旨在深入认识客观规律,提高人的认识水平,建构新的社会规则。

| Abstract: | Rule is the result of rationality and the objective law, which in mm influences and restricts people. The criticism to traditional philosophy cannot clear up the rule that philosophy deduces. The destruction to traditional social rules lies in reconstruction of the non-linear rules. Only with the deep investigation of subjective law and advancement of cognition level, can new social rules be constructed. |
