为了更好地适应高等职业教育发展的要求,高职院校思想政治理论课教师必须转变观念,提高对思想政治理论课教学工作重要性的认识;要在教学内容、人才培养目标、教学方法、考核形式等方面进行改革,不断提高高职学生的思想政治理论素质和实践能力,更好地培养适应经济社会发展需要的具有良好职业道德、职业技能的高素质人才。
