摘    要:本文介绍了组织公正感与绩效评估公正感结构的研究进展,分析了分配公正、程序公正、系统程序公正、评估者程序公正、互动公正、人际公正和信息公正的内涵,总结了公正维度间的区别与联系,指出了明确绩效评估公正感结构的意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces research development on structure of organizational justice perceptions and justice perceptions in performance appraisals.It also explores the contents of distributive justice,procedural justice,system procedural justice,rater procedural justice,interactional justice,interpersonal justice and informational justice.Difference and relationship among justice dimensions are summed up and the meaning of defining structure of justice perceptions in performance appraisals is analyzed.
