试论我国企业"走出去"战略

实施企业“走出去”战略是我国对外开放基本国策的应有之意,它有利于加快我国社会主义市场经济建设步伐,有效解决我国经济发展中的资源瓶颈问题,并为企业创新带来新的机遇,成为应对入世挑战的有效途径。我国企业“走出去”,到境外投资,有了良好的开端,但规模不大,强度偏低,因此,我们要充分认识实施“走出去”战略的重要意义,抓住我国入世的机遇,充分把握经济全球化的发展趋势,发挥企业的创新精神,选择好投资途径,让更多更强的企业“走出去”境外投资,提高我国对外开放的水平。

It is the very meaning of the "Open Door Policy "for our industry to carry out "investing in other countries". It is beneficial to quicken the pace of socialist market economy construction to slove the restricting resource problems and to provide new opportunities for enterprise innoration as well as approaches to meeting the challenge after the entry to WTO. We have a good beginning in the course of "investing in other countries" . At present, there seems to have much room in both the scale and the strength of investing in other countries" . Therefore, we should have a better understanding of the importance of "investing in other countries", and take the chance of our country s admission to WTO. At the same time, we should encourage enterprises to have their own creative thinking,and to have their own choices in the ways of investing for the purpose of having more enterprises to invest in other countries.
