| 摘 要： | 公仆精神就是服务精神。焦裕禄是人民公仆的典型写照。焦裕禄公仆思想包含着强烈的为人民服务的宗旨意识,是我们正确认识权力来源,正确行使权力,提高领导干部责任意识的思想前提;勤俭节约、廉洁奉公作为焦裕禄公仆思想的原则,是党政领导干部的基本行为准则,也是密切党群、干群关系的着力点;群众路线是焦裕禄公仆思想的实践依托,提醒广大党员要坚持以人为本的核心立场,尊重人民主体性地位,一切工作要为了人民并依靠人民。学习焦裕禄公仆思想,就是要让领导干部换思想、转作风,让权力从管治走向服务。

| Abstract: | JiaoYulu is a typical character of Communist party cadres whom serve the people with the whole heart and soul. In 1966, the People＇ s Daily introduced JiaoYulu＇ s moving story and great character, even published an editorial ＂ learn from Jiao Yulu Mao Zedong＇ s good student＂ , at that time the whole country was enthusiastic about learning the spirit of JiaoYuln. 2014 is the fiftieth anniversary of JiaoYulu＇ s Death. Time flies, Lankao county, the place where JiaoYulu sacrificed all his heart and soul to served, now changed greatly. With the influence of JiaoYulu＇ s spirit, several generations＇ hard working totally changed Lankao. Now people＇ s living standard enhanced greatly in here. However, after more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, today it is necessarily to think how to connect JiaoYulu＇ s spirit with the public servant consciousness which highly advocated at the present stage？ And how to dig JiaoYulu public servant thought with the value of times？ |
