| 摘 要： | 为实现精明保护与可持续发展，文章将绿色基础设施的建设思路视为规划的基本策略之一，提出建构绿色基础设施维度的战略性引导：从规划层面统筹城乡发展，尝试建立统一、完善、多层面的国家空间景观规划体系；技术层面则针对城市建成区提出基础建设方式由灰色向绿色的转型。并将研究成果探索性地应用于城市河道景观规划的相关实践，以期实现“人-资源-环境-社会-经济”共融共生。

| Abstract: | To achieve smart preservation and sustainable development,this paper holds that the idea of constructing green infrastructure system should be regarded as one of the basic urban planning strategies.Then the paper brings forward the strategic plan of constructing green infrastructure system in terms of planning and technology respectively,namely to coordinate the urban and rural development and establish a unified,complete,multifaceted national spatial landscape planning system,and to transform gray infrastructure construction to green infrastructure construction for current urban areas.Besides,the above result of research is verified by its application in urban river landscape planning with a view of achieving harmonious development of"human-resource-environment-society-economy". |
