高校一专多能型辅导员队伍建设的制度保障

一专多能型辅导员自20世纪80年代以来成为高校政治辅导员发展的一大趋势。教育主管部门、各高校也日益注意到一专多能型辅导员队伍建设的重要性,在重视政治辅导员的一专多能对班级工作的促进作用的同时,更加关心政治辅导员一专多能素质的全面提高。为此,需要我们建立并完善政治辅导员专业学位制度、政治辅导员"双证书"制度、政治辅导员资格证书制度、政治辅导员培训制度、政治辅导员职务岗位聘任制度和政治辅导员公开选拔制度,以此来保障一专多能型辅导员队伍的建设与发展。

On System Guarantee for the Team Construction of Specialized and Able College Political Instructors

To have specialized and able college instructors has become the main trend of the college political instructor development since 1980s,which has drawn more and more attention of relevant departments and various universities because of their function in the class work.That is why these departments and universities pay more attention to fully improve these instructors’ quality,which requires that certain professional systems be established and perfected,such as the double certificate system,qualification certificate system,training system,appointment system and the public election system,which will guarantee their team construction and development.
