社会资本的普遍主义精神与我国城市社区认同性整合

社会资本是一种基于普遍主义精神的非私人性信任与互惠,其表现为基于义务之道德伦理意涵的普遍主义公民参与精神。社会资本的普遍主义精神区别于个人主义的普遍主义精神,在西方国家现代社区的整合中发挥了重要作用。考察我国社会转型过程中出现的社区整合困境,可以从社区居民缺乏社会资本的普遍主义精神得到一定解释。从我国国情出发,把培育社会资本的普遍主义精神作为执政党主流意识形态在社区建设的内容之一,对社区认同性整合具有重要意义。

The Universalism of Social Capital and Integration of Urban Community Identity in China

Social capital is a non-private trust and reciprocity based on universalism spirit,which is represented in the spirit of universalism citizen participation evolved from obligations and corresponding ethical implications.Being different from the universalism spirit of individualism,the universalism spirit of social capital has played an important role in the community identity integration in modern Western countries.To some extent,the difficulties in the process of community integration in China can be illustrated from the lack of universalism spirit among community residents.It is thus of great significance to take into account of China’s national conditions,and to regard cultivating universalism spirit of social capital as part of the mainstream ideology of the ruling party in the process of community construction,and community identity integration.
